Scale: 20,000 m2 in civil works including: 156 Explorer Cove hotel rooms with pool, bar and bathrooms, the main Lobby pool, Fitness Center, Beach Lounge, sports area buildings, Nautical Hut, Yoga Palapa, explorer home and children’s recreation area Kid’s Club, as well as the industrial storage buildings and underground sewage systems.
